Stress
Stress is something that affects all of us at some point in our lives. For many people – exams can be one of these times.
‘How do I know if I am stressed?’
Stress is something that affects everybody in a different way – it could be that you feel anxious, worried, angry, tense or emotional.
Stress is the way you feel when there is pressure placed upon you. In the run-up to your exams this is probably something you’ve experienced. Stress is a natural experience that helps to motivate us and can make us perform better.
However if you feel that this pressure is getting too much for you or is going on for too long, you can start to feel down. It can have physical, mental and emotional effects on your health.
